I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The housekeeping staff, especially Blessing, did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The location of this place is great and the service is top-notch. They even have a car hire service and offer laundry and dry cleaning services. The hotel amenities such as the swimming pool and spa centre were fantastic. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.
I highly recommend this hotel to others. It offers a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, spa centre, and car hire service.

During my business trip, I stayed in an amazing hotel and had a wonderful experience. the staff were very polite and exceedingly helpful. the room was neat, and all amenities worked well, making me feel at home. the hotel provides a cool and quiet space to reconnect or spend quality time with a loved one. the cuisine was great, making it one of my favourite places to eat. the general manager is on top of keeping standards, which shows in their efficient and thorough housekeeping service.
The curtains and bedding could use a change to provide more comfort and appeal to the room.

The hotel is located in a great area close to restaurants and shops, and the staff was friendly. the rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi was strong.
The hotel is in need of some serious updates. the furniture in the room was outdated and worn, as were the bed linens.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. They were exceedingly helpful and polite, especially Blessing from housekeeping. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient for transportation.

The breakfast was really good and included a lot of options. the pool area was enjoyable and provided a nice ambiance to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in a central area with easy access to shops and restaurants.
My overall experience during Easter was pretty disappointing. The customer service left a lot to be desired, with staff members seeming disinterested and unwilling to assist with even basic requests.
